When will I get my order?
What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may request a free return within 14 days of receiving your item. Returned items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, with tags attached and in the original packaging. We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so we can review the issue and make it right as quickly as possible. Please note that damaged or defective claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for replacement or refund. Once your return request is approved, you will receive return instructions along with a prepaid return shipping label. Refunds are processed after inspection and issued to your original payment method.
