Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location and order value.
Free shipping is available on eligible orders, and will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order processing

We focus on thoughtful production rather than bulk manufacturing. Each piece is carefully prepared and quality-checked to ensure lasting durability and quality. Orders are processed within 1–5 business days.

Please note that processing times may vary slightly during high-demand periods or holidays.

Delivery times

Most orders are delivered within 3–10 business days from the date of ordering. 

Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, delivery location, or external factors beyond our control. If there is an unexpected delay, we’ll keep you informed where possible.

Tracking information

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.  You can also track your order through your account.

Multiple shipments

If your order contains items that are shipped separately, you may receive your order in more than one package. In such cases, tracking details will be provided for each shipment where applicable.

Delivery method

Depending on your location and the size of the item, orders may be delivered either directly to your address or to a nearby pickup point.

If a pickup point is used, it will typically be located within a reasonable distance from your delivery address. If no pickup point is available nearby, the order will be delivered directly to your address.

You’ll receive delivery details and instructions once your order has been shipped.
