Refund policy

14-Day Free Returns

We offer free returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn and unused

  • The item must be in its original condition

  • All original packaging must be intact

  • Tags (if applicable) must still be attached

  • Proof of purchase is required

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are not returned in their original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

All returns must be requested and approved before being sent back.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and make it right.

To help us resolve the matter quickly, please email support@shopkart.se with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and the packaging

Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

How Returns Work

If your item is eligible for return, you can submit a return request through your account or via your order confirmation email, where available.

If you’re unable to submit a request or need assistance, please contact us at support@shopkart.se - our support team will be happy to guide you through the process.

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive detailed return instructions along with a prepaid return shipping label sent to your registered email address.

Please note that returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

EU consumer rights

European Union 14 day cooling off period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. As above, returned items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-7 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
